Farmer's Market
WWV Farm to School
Know a lot about home and building materials? Like using your hands? Have retail experience? If yes, then you would make a great volunteer at our Builders ReSupply store. Volunteers needed to help with donation pickups and drop offs, store organization, helping customers find what they are looking for and much more.
SLC has a booth and the farmer's market to promote programs and events. Help us spread the word and encourage sustainable living by manning the booth, answering questions about our organization and taking suggestions for future workshops and community events.
Like to garden? Volunteer with the Farm to School program and help facilitate garden classes, start-ups, after-school clubs, maintenance and much more! You can also be a chaperone on a farm visit, help with cooking classes or food focused events with elementary and middle school students.

Contribute to planning event details, advertising and marketing. Help us and our vendors get booths setup and broken down at local events. Assist in running kids activities, giving out flyers, answering questions, or even giving a tour.
Volunteers needed to help write, find and/or apply for appropriate grants that will help us accomplish our mission.
Interested in leadership, can you take initiative? Have a vision for a more sustainable community? Have skills and knowledge in working with and for a non-profit organization? Have about 5 hours of free time a month? If yes, apply to be member of the SLC'c Board of Directors!
